Namibia Business School (NBS) includes an application form, Fee structure, Courses Offered, Selected Candidates, and Results.
The Namibia Business School (NBS) was established to meet the demands of the Namibian market. In 1999, Prof. Peter Katjavivi, the Founding Vice Chancellor of the University of Namibia, and former Economics Department head Prof. Mohammed El Toukhy partnered with the FNB Foundation. They signed a collaboration agreement with the Maastricht School of Management in the Netherlands to launch an Executive MBA Programme at UNAM.
Since the program began in 2000, over 175 students have earned diplomas and Master’s Degrees in Business Administration (MBA). The late Lazarus Ipangelwa, who led the FNB Foundation, envisioned and committed financial support to sustain the program. This ongoing support has enabled FNB to remain one of the Founders of NBS.
Several individuals played a crucial role in overseeing the UNAM/MsM MBA program and nurturing the idea of establishing a full-fledged business school. Their tireless efforts led to the successful creation of NBS. These individuals are Prof. Peter H. Katjavivi, Prof. M.M. El Toukhy, Mr. D.R. Norval, Mr. A. Aochamub, and Ms. Y.M. Yon.
