Office Secretary Job Vacancy at TANROADS, The Tanzania National Roads Agency (TANROADS) is vested with the responsibility for the maintenance and development of the trunk and regional roads network in Tanzania Mainland. It is also responsible for conducting axle load control operations using weighbridge scales.
TANROADS Coast, on behalf of the Chief Executive, is looking for qualified and competent Tanzanians to fill vacant posts available for two (2) projects:
Upgrading of Utete – Nyamwage (33.7km) to Bitumen Standard
Contract No: TRD/HQ/1036/2022/23
Construction of Mramre Bridge (81m) and its Approach Roads (3.0km) to Bitumen Standard
TANROADS intends to recruit qualified and competent staff to fill vacant posts on specified employment contracts for the road project in the following fields: Remote work opportunities
Office Secretary (1 Post)
The Office Secretary must be a Tanzanian Citizen with a Diploma in Secretarial Studies or equivalent from a recognized institution, with at least five (5) years of working experience.
Responsibilities:
Maintain an office diary, prepare correspondence reports, facilitate site meetings, and attend visitors and phone calls.
Terms of Service:
Specified contract for 1 year.
